English translation
1. On the mountains and In the valleys, In the house and outside, God is everywhere, He knows everything. A person, when he prays In the secret of his heart, God hears him. He hears him very much.
2. He is near you Even when you sleep; And the night you see, He does not leave you. Wherever you go, You have taken a journey, He goes ahead of you, He follows you behind.
3. Even if you are in the grave, Or sick with death, Even if there is no one there, You are comforted by Jesus. Even if you are in trouble, You are not alone; He who is in heaven Fills the earth.
4. Even when you cross The river of death, He will prepare the way That leads to your home. There, it is God's home, Life everlasting; Now you are with God, And He is with you.
